Our state of being has been shaped based upon our first environments, experiences and belief system. Love Beyond is a testament of how life and brokenness has been an educator in teaching me to love beyond the faults, fears and failures of others and of my very own. How pain can wound and scar our very soul. As we have matriculated through life, learning to love with true unconditional love seems impossible and unattainable in our human ability in which our emotions exists. How does one unconditionally love beyond the continual pain inflicted by others? Love Beyond provides insight on the transforming power of God’s love and the need for God’s Grace. Unconditional love is possible when we discover the true purpose of God’s Grace. God’s love draws people from out of where they are, into where they are destined to be!
PHILANTHROPIST JOE WEST
Joe West has been happily married to his lovely wife for 18 years. They have four children and their home is in Durham, NC. Staff Sergeant JP West actively serves in U.S. Armed Forces and has served our country for over 13 years. He has served in the Marines. JP West is currently serving in the Army and is station in Germany.
Dedication: The JP West Foundation is dedicated to advancing the education of exceptionally promising students who have financial need. By offering scholarships in the Raleigh/Durham area, in-depth academic counseling and other direct services, the West Foundation seeks to help high-performing, low-income students to develop their talents and excel educationally. JP West Scholars are selected from a local pool using such factors as exemplary academic achievement, financial need, grit, determination and social and community commitment. In addition to providing students both counseling and financial support from middle school to graduate school, the West Foundation provides significant grants for noteworthy and innovative initiatives that support high-performing, low-income students.
